The install process should be straight forward enough for anyone to use. To use the installer you must be using windows. Anyway onto the instructions:

1. Firstly you'll need to go to the downloads page and download the installer.
2. Find where you saved the downloaded the file to and launch it.
   
3. Click run if you get a security warning and follow the steps in the installer, just click next and then finish at the end.

1. Go to the downloads page and download the latest Linux version of SDF:IRC.
2. Run the following command in the same directory as the download.

tar -zxvf SDF_IRC-linux.tar.gz -C /directory/of/choice
